added JSON keyword "CatApplus_cat_pending": if the app category is unknown and not available in the database, this attribute will display "pending"; the category will be updated as soon as the associated app will be available in the database (e.g. in your apps you could have a "uncategorized" category and a "pending" category; the second one is updated more quickly than the first one)
