Baz Kia Gurab Rural District (Persian: دهستان باز كيا گوراب)[3] is in the Central District of Lahijan County, Gilan province, Iran.[4] Its capital is the village of Baz Kia Gurab.[5]

At the census of 2006, its population was 15,029 in 4,430 households.[6] There were 12,389 inhabitants in 4,201 households at the following census of 2011.[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 11,603 in 4,160 households. The most populous of its 19 villages was Baz Kia Gurab, with 4,166 people.[2]
